When citizens are informed, involved, engaged, empathised with, and empowered, they don’t just make demands — they drive delivery, demand dignity, and help shape decisions. This is not in opposition to government; it is in support of it — making it smarter, faster, vibrant, productive, economically sound, and more grounded in real-world needs. Because governance without people is bureaucracy. But governance with people becomes responsive, agile, and just.
